Gluten free, dairy free, decadent and delicious morning pancakes for one or to share with friends. This pancake mix is so simple to use and makes a morning brunch easy.
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, milk and oil. Whisk to combine
Add in the Better Batter to wet ingredients and mix.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with some olive oil.
Cook the pancakes, I used a ¼ cup to help portion out the mix. Once finished, set aside.
For the sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl, and drizzle over finished pancakes with some strawberries.
