ORANGE BLOSSOM DONUTS (GF)

DRY INGREDIENTS

  • 40g (1/2 CUP) DESICCATED COCONUT
  • 315g (2 1/2 CUPS) NODO GF SELF RAISING FLOUR
  • 135g (3/4) RAW SUGAR
  • 1/2 TSP SALT

WET INGREDIENTS

  • 4 x FREE RANGE OR ORGANIC EGGS
  • 225g (1 CUP) BUTTER
  • 200g (1 CUP) GREEK YOGURT
  • 1/2 TBSPN APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  • 1/2 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 100g (1/2 CUP) APPLE PUREE
  • ZEST OF 1 ORANGE

STEP

  1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180C.
  2. IN A MIXER, CREAM TOGETHER BUTTER AND SUGAR.
  3. ADD REMAINDER OF INGREDIENTS AND MIX TIL WELL COMBINED.
  4. PLACE MIXTURE IN PIPING BAG AND FILL YOUR DONUT PAN EVENLY, FILLING AROUND 3/4 FULL.
  5. BAKE IN OVEN FOR 12-15 MINUTES ON 180C.
  6. WAIT UNTIL THE PAN HAS COOLED BEFORE TURNING OUT.
