Q: SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

A: Our dispatch is based in Brisbane, Australia and we deliver anywhere within Australia.
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email after your order has been booked for dispatch so you can track your orders.

Q: DELIVERY TIMES

A: We use a courier delivery service, with a 1-3 day delivery timeframe depending on your capital city. If the delivery is urgent we can offer express post guarantee shipping through Australia Post however this may incur additional charges (see costs below). Please contact us directly at hello@nodo.com.au so we can arrange for you.

Q: SO, WHAT MAKES YOU THE WORLD’S FRIENDLIEST DONUT?

- Our donuts are friendly to people with all types of dietary requirements;
- Donuts are baked with naturally gluten free ingredients;
- Donuts are baked fresh everyday and never ever fried;
- We use ingredients that were meant to be together;
- We are so passionate about what we do, therefore a whole lot of love and positive energy goes into making each batch for everyone to enjoy.

Q: IS EVERYTHING GLUTEN FREE?

A: Yes, everything we make in our kitchen is made with natural gluten free ingredients. We take much care when selecting products to use in our kitchen however because we get so many different ingredients from various manufacturing facilities we cannot guarantee our products do not contain traces of gluten.

Q: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS EGG FREE?

A: A majority of the baked goods we produce do contain eggs, however we do have egg free options available.

Q: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DAIRY FREE?

A: Not everything is dairy free, but we do have plenty of dairy free treats available. Please be mindful that ingredients containing dairy are used in the kitchen and while we are very mindful to ensure there is no cross contamination, there is a chance some products could have traces of dairy.

Q: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NUT FREE?

A: No. We use nuts in a majority of our products at Nodo. Therefore even those products that don’t contain nuts still have a very high risk of cross contamination with tree nuts, so these allergens do occur.

Q: WHAT SWEETENERS DO YOU USE?

A: We use all kinds of sugars/sweeteners in our kitchen. We do use sugar, but we also use raw sugar, organic rapadura sugar and pure maple syrup. We also use courverture chocolates, dried and/or natural fruits. If you are conscious about your sugar intake then please ask for your best option.

Q: WHAT FLOURS DO YOU USE?

A: We use a special nodo gluten free flour blend that we make in house using a combination of brown rice flour, white rice flour and potato starch. Our gluten free flour is certified gluten free.

Q: HOW MANY CALORIES ARE IN YOUR BAKED DONUTS?

A: At Nodo, we don’t believe in calorie counting. We believe in eating a balanced diet with lots of variety, mostly plant based. We also believe that you should allow yourself the occasional treat, that can be indulged guilt free.

In an effort to remain transparent, our donuts on average have approximately 271 calories. Fat partially derived from Almond Meal and Free Range Eggs ‘Healthy Fats’
