These deliciously, fudgey cookies made with our famous gluten-free Blackout Choc Brownie Mix are the perfect blend of a classic brownie and a chocolate cookie in one. Enough said.

Ingredients

1 egg
110G dark chocolate
50G butter
250G Blackout Brownie Blend

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 160C FAN FORCED.
MELT TOGETHER CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER UNTIL SMOOTH.
ADD EGG AND MIX TO COMBINE
ADD BROWNIE BLEND AND MIX TO COMBINE.
SPOON MIXTURE ONTO TRAY ALLOWING ROOM TO SPREAD.
BAKE FOR 14 MINUTES.
