Shipping Policy

Good news! We now ship our beloved entire pantry line Australia-wide!

Postage is calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your total basket. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100, Australia-wide. Free shipping does not apply to express shipping. If your items are available for express post, this will be displayed as an option at the checkout page. 

All shipping orders placed before 6pm will be dispatched the next business day from Monday - Friday via Australia Post unless you have ordered bread which is only dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to make sure you receive your bread as fresh as possible. You will receive a tracking number that means you can track your items from dispatch to your door!

Cancellation and Collections Policy

We take great pride in all Nodo creations. Should you be unhappy with the product received, please contact us directly via email orders@nodo.com.au 

We shall deal with all issues on a case by case basis for a full Nodo credit and reserve the right to resolve accordingly.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our food products, we sadly do not offer returns. We will happily offer refunds or replacements for any goods that arrive damaged on their journey to you. Please contact us at orders@nodo.com.au and we will sort it out as a priority.
