Good news! We now ship our beloved sourdough Australia-wide and entire pantry line across the globe!
Postage is calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your total basket. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50, Australia-wide. Free shipping does not apply to express shipping and international orders. If your items are available for express post, this will be displayed as an option at the checkout page.
Please note there are some freshly baked items that can only be sent via Express Post, and standard shipping will not be displayed as an option for your cart if you have selected one of these items. These currently include our Seeded Sourdough and Quinoa Buns, and we hope to have more items available soon.
For these baked items, please order before 12pm Thursday to ensure your items are delivered to you in freshest condition. Any express shipped baked items ordered after 12pm Thursday will be sent out from our Bakery the following Monday. Please note no other fresh items can be shipped, but if you live in a local delivery postcode of Brisbane we do offer next day delivery.
All shipping orders placed before 6pm will be dispatched the next business day from Monday - Friday via either Sendle or Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number that means you can track your items from dispatch to your door!
We take great pride in all Nodo creations. Should you be unhappy with the product received, please contact us directly via email orders@nodo.com.au
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice on any pre-order cancellations and 72 hours notice on any celebration or custom cake orders.
All of our baked goods and donuts are freshly baked in-house, everyday - made to be eaten the same day. Our products can not be held overnight. Therefore, all pre-orders strictly must be collected from your selected store, on your selected day. We are unable to cancel or refund orders that are already prepared and packed.
We shall deal with all issues on a case by case basis for a full Nodo credit and reserve the right to resolve accordingly.
Due to the nature of our food products, we sadly do not offer returns. We will happily offer refunds or replacements for any goods that arrive damaged on their journey to you. Please contact us at orders@nodo.com.au and we will sort it out as a priority.
