METHOD
- Pre heat oven to 180ºC fan forced.
- Whisk together the wet ingredients (eggs, oil & yoghurt).
- Add in the donut mix to wet mixture.
- Using a spatula, stir the mixture until combined.
- Pour mixture into a greased donut mould (or muffin tin if you don't have donut mould). We recommend using a nodo donuts silicon baking mould.
- Evenly distribute the blueberries into each donut mould.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the donuts feel lightly springy and just done.
- Let cool slightly before popping carefully out of donut mould.
- Melt 100g butter (or dairy free alternative) and brush donuts with butter before sprinkling with cinnamon sugar mix
