our house-made gluten free and vegan plain sourdough, made from our mother starter and freshly baked in-house.

it's soft, hearty and a little tangy - all the best bits of artisanal sourdough, just without the gluten. enjoy it toasted, with butter or your favourite spread, with soup, or as a toastie.

rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, potato starch, sourdough culture, psyllium, flaxseed, sunflower oil, yeast, raw sugar (to activate yeast), vitamin c (as ascorbic acid), guar gum, xanthan gum, salt.

we bake fresh everyday and recommend eating within 2-3 days while stored at room temperature. to extend life, slice and store in freezer.

while every effort is made to avoid cross contamination this product may contain traces of tree nuts, eggs and dairy as present in kitchen.

this fresh and flavourful loaf gives the same taste and texture as a traditional artisanal sourdough. it's hearty, tangy, chewy, and highly shareable. enjoy however you like, or devour the entire loaf with some butter.
