Pre heat oven to 180ÂșC fan forced.
Whisk together the wet ingredients (eggs, oil & mashed banana).
Add in the best ever banana bread mix to wet mixture.
Using a spatula, stir the mixture until combined.
Pour mixture into a greased baking loaf dish.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the centre feels lightly springy and just done.
Let cool before serving.
