Directions
Preheat oven to 170C (150C fan forced).
Melt butter in microwave or stove top until melted, place aside to cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, before pouring in melted butter and brownie blend. Stir until combined.
Pour mixture into a 20cm square cake tin, lined with baking paper.
Bake in oven for approximately 40 minutes, the edges should be cooked and middle has a slight wobble.
Cool before slicing.

We love serving warm with ice cream, cream or coconut yoghurt.
