Directions
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, milk and oil - whisk to combine.
Add 1 cup of pancake mix to the wet ingredients and whisk til combine and smooth.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and melt butter or spray with cooking oil.
Using ¼ cup of batter per pancake cook pancakes til they start to bubble and then carefully flip.
Transfer to a plate and repeat process with remaining mix. Make sure you grease the pan between each pancake.
Recipe Note
This recipe can easily be made DF with an alternate milk.
We love serving with fresh fruit, pure maple syrup or local honey.
