Preheat oven to 180ÂșC fan forced.
Brown the butter: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. It will start to foam - give the pan a little swirl every now and then. Keep an eye on it as it changes to a golden-brown colour and smells deliciously nutty (this takes around 5-8 minutes). Once it's a rich brown colour, take it off the heat straight away and allow to cool.
Whisk together the eggs & mashed banana.
Add 1/4 cup of brown butter, once it's cooled.
Add in 1 bag of ÂNodo Best Ever Banana Bread Mix to wet mixture and stir until combined.
Pour mixture into a greased/lined baking loaf dish.
Top with 1/2 cup chocolate chips or break up your favourite chocolate bar and gently mix into batter until just combined.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the centre feels lightly springy and just done.
Let cool before serving.
