Directions
Preheat oven to 170C fan forced.
Whisk together eggs, oil and milk.
Add cake mix to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined and smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased and lined tin. We recommend 20cm round tin.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the centre feels light and springy to touch.
Place cake aside to cool while you prepare your topping.

We recommend topping your cake with a chocolate ganache or chocolate buttercream.
