Makes 6 donut muffins

INGREDIENTS
- 300g Nodo Baked, Not Fried Donut Mix
- 1 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil of choice (or oil of choice)
- 1/2 cup thick greek yoghurt
- Strawberry Jam or filling of choice (chocolate spread works well here!)
METHOD
- Pre heat oven to 180ºC fan forced.
- Whisk together the wet ingredients (eggs, oil & yoghurt).
- Add in the donut mix to wet mixture.
- Using a spatula, stir the mixture until combined.
- Evenly pour half the mixture into 6 greased muffin moulds
- Add 1/2 tbsp of strawberry jam or filling of choice.
- Evenly pour over the other half of the mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the donut muffins feel lightly springy and just done.
- Let cool slightly before popping carefully out of donut mould.
- Melt 100g butter (or dairy free alternative) and brush donuts with butter before sprinkling with cinnamon sugar mix
