Set up your coating station: Prepare three shallow bowls—place the flour in one, whisked eggs in another, and everything crumb in the third.

Coat the chicken: Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, ensuring an even coat. Dip into the whisked eggs, then press into the everything crumb, making sure it's fully coated.

Fry to golden perfection: Heat oil in a medium-sized pan over moderate heat. Cook each schnitzel for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Final cook-through (if needed): If the chicken is thick, transfer to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5–8 minutes to ensure it’s cooked through.

Rest & serve: Drain on a paper towel-lined tray. Serve hot with your favorite sides—we love beautiful greens and crispy fried capers!
