INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of Nodo Plain Sourdough OR Nodo Seeded Sourdough
- 200g roast chicken, shredded
- 1 cup crisp lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup Gevity turmeric mayo
- 2 tbsp chopped gherkins
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs (chives, parsley, dill)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
METHOD
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chopped gherkins and herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Lightly toast the Nodo Sourdough slices until golden and crisp
- Spread a generous layer of the herby turmeric mayo onto two slices of toast
- Add shredded roast chicken on top, followed by fresh lettuce
- Top with the remaining slices of sourdough, slice in half and enjoy!
