SKILLET HAZELNUT BROWNIE (GF)

INGREDIENTS

  • 375G PACKET BLACKOUT BROWNIE BLEND
  • 2 X FREE RANGE/ORGANIC EGGS
  • 150G MELTED BUTTER OR DF SUBSTITUTE*, SLIGHTLY COOLED
  • 1/2 CUP HAZELNUTS

METHOD

  1. PRE HEAT OVEN TO 170C (150C FAN FORCED).
  2. MIX EGGS AND BUTTER IN A BOWL UNTIL COMBINED
  3. ADD IN 375G BLACKOUT BROWNIE MIX AND STIR GENTLY UNTIL COMBINED
  4. POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A BAKING SKILLET
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP OF HAZELNUTS AND SLIGHTLY SWIRL INTO BROWNIE MIXTURE
  6. BAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY 40-45 MINUTES. ONCE BAKED, BROWNIE SHOULD BE SOFT TO TOUCH FOR THAT GOOEY AND FUDGEY CONSISTENCY
  7. ALLOW TO COOL SLIGHTLY BEFORE SERVING WITH ICE CREAM OR WHATEVER YOUR HEART DESIRES!
