- 375G PACKET BLACKOUT BROWNIE BLEND
- 2 X FREE RANGE/ORGANIC EGGS
- 150G MELTED BUTTER OR DF SUBSTITUTE*, SLIGHTLY COOLED
- 1/2 CUP HAZELNUTS
METHOD
- PRE HEAT OVEN TO 170C (150C FAN FORCED).
- MIX EGGS AND BUTTER IN A BOWL UNTIL COMBINED
- ADD IN 375G BLACKOUT BROWNIE MIX AND STIR GENTLY UNTIL COMBINED
- POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A BAKING SKILLET
- ADD 1/2 CUP OF HAZELNUTS AND SLIGHTLY SWIRL INTO BROWNIE MIXTURE
- BAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY 40-45 MINUTES. ONCE BAKED, BROWNIE SHOULD BE SOFT TO TOUCH FOR THAT GOOEY AND FUDGEY CONSISTENCY
- ALLOW TO COOL SLIGHTLY BEFORE SERVING WITH ICE CREAM OR WHATEVER YOUR HEART DESIRES!
