For Brownie:
For Cheesecake:
- 500g Cream cheese
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla essence
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 160C fan-forced
- Melt the butter in microwave for 45 seconds, place aside to cool slightly
- In a mixing bowl, whisk 2 eggs, before adding melted butter and Blackout Brownie Blend. Using a spatula, stir the mixture until combined
- Pour mixture into a 20cm square baking tin, lined with non-stick baking paper
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes, brownie should be half baked
- While brownie is in the oven, add cheesecake ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix on medium until smooth
- After 15 minutes, add cheesecake on top of the brownie mix and use a knife or spoon to slightly swirl mixture together
- Put brownie cheesecake back in the oven for another 50 minutes or until the cheesecake has risen and is fluffy to touch
- Cool before slicing and enjoying!
