The softest and most addictive Banana Bread Chocolate Cookies you'll ever have!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 Cups Not-So Plain Flour
- 1/2 cup Melted butter, slightly cooled
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp White Sugar
- 2 Medium sized bananas
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp Bi-carb soda
- 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
- Chocolate chips
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 190C (170C fan-forced)
- Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until combined
- Add in bananas, egg and vanilla extract. Mix until combined and no more big chunks of banana are left.
- Add in 1.5 cups of Nodo Not-So Plain Flour, bi-carb and baking powder. Stir to combine. If mixture is still very wet, add in 2-3 tablespoons more of flour.
- Add in chocolate chips and mix to combine
- Scoop the cookie dough into 12 evenly-sized balls on a non-stick or lined baking tray
- Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes. Once baked, cookie should be soft to touch and feel quite fluffy
- Allow to cool before enjoying!
