INGREDIENTS
- 375g Blackout Brownie Blend
- 150g Melted butter, slightly cooled
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Tbsp Pistachio Papi spread
- Chopped Pistachios
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 150C (130C fan-forced)
- Mix eggs and butter in a bowl until combined
- Add in 1 bag of Nodo Blackout Brownie Blend and stir gently until combined
- Pour the mixture into a non-stick or lined slice tray
- Add as much or as little Pistachio spread as you desire and swirl to slightly combine
- Top off brownie with chopped pistachios
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes. Once baked, brownie should be soft to touch for that gooey and fudgey consistency
- Allow to cool before serving with cream, ice-cream or whatever your heart desires!
