The crossover you didn't know you needed.

Makes 8 slices

Cook time: 40-45 minutes

INGREDIENTS

• 350g Nodo Best Ever Banana Bread Mix
• 2-3 ripe bananas, mashed (1 cup)
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup oil of choice
• Almond butter or nut spread (as much as you want!)
• 3/4 cup flaked almonds

METHOD

1. Pre heat oven to 180ºC fan forced. 
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
3. Add in the eggs and oil. Mix until combined.
4. Add in 1 bag of Nodo Best Ever Banana Bread Mix and mix until combined.
5. Line a bread tin with baking paper and pour in half the Banana Bread mix.
6. Add in the almond butter (we added 4 heaped tbsp) and lightly swirl around.
7. Layer the rest of the Banana Bread mix.
8. Sprinkle the almonds on top and lightly mix them into the blend with a fork or knife.
9. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to touch.
10. Enjoy the delicious combo!
