these hot cross buns are a delicious, wholesome yet soft bun, filled with dried blueberries and finished off with a glaze. they’re gluten free, refined sugar free, hand-rolled to perfection by our beautiful bakers, and freshly baked every day

nodo flour blend (brown rice flour, white rice flour, potato starch, raising agents (450, 500,) guar gum), nodo sourdough, eggs, sorghum, xanthan gum, yeast, butter, ascorbic acid, milk, psyllium, dates, rapadura sugar, all spice, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, blueberries, currants, baking powder, gelatine.

our hot cross buns are baked fresh everyday and best eaten same day, toasted and topped with butter

contains eggs and dairy. while every effort is made to avoid cross contamination this product may contain traces of tree nuts, and sesame as used within the kitchen.
