MAKES 4 WAFFLES
- 170G (1 CUP) BETTER BATTER WAFFLE BLEND
- 1 CUP MILK OF CHOICE
- 2 X FREE RANGE EGGS
- 2 X TBSP OIL OF CHOICE
METHOD
- PRE HEAT WAFFLE IRON, SPRAY WITH NON STICK COOKING SPRAY AND SET ASIDE.
- IN A MIXING BOWL, ADD EGGS MILK & OIL - WHISK TO COMBINE
- ADD THE WAFFLE BLEND TO WET MIXTURE AND WHISK TO COMBINE. NOTE THE MIXTURE WILL BE RUNNY.
- POUR THE BATTER INTO YOUR WAFFLE IRON (APPROX 100ML TO MAKE 4 WAFFLES) SO THE GRID IS JUST COVERED.
- COOK ACCORDING TO THE SETTING ON YOUR WAFFLE IRON.
