INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup frozen banana chunks
• Handful ice cubes
• 1 teaspoon maca powder
• 3 small pitted dates
• 12g Loco Love Higher Being Medicinal Mushroom Tonic

• 1 + 1/2 cups almond milk
