Couldn’t tell it was GF
Just gout our first loaf. Husband didn’t believe it was GF when he tried it! Soft and chewy. Delicious fresh with just butter.

it's soft, hearty and a little tangy - all the best bits of artisanal sourdough, just without the gluten. enjoy it toasted, with butter or your favourite spread, with soup, as crumb topping, or simply just to snack on (it's that good!).
we now express ship our seeded sourdough, australia-wide. for all express shipping orders, please order sourdough before thursday 12pm to ensure your bread is delivered in the freshest condition. any sourdough orders after 12pm thursday will be sent out from our bakery the following monday.

rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, potato starch, sourdough culture, psyllium, flaxseed, sunflower oil, yeast, raw sugar (to activate yeast), sesame, pepitas, sunflower seeds, vitamin c (as ascorbic acid), guar gum, xanthan gum, salt.
we bake fresh everyday and recommend eating within 2-3 days while stored at room temperature. to extend life, slice and store in freezer.
contains sesame. while every effort is made to avoid cross contamination this product may contain traces of tree nuts, eggs and dairy as present in kitchen.
