Pistachio Papi Brownies (GF V)

INGREDIENTS

  • 375g Blackout Brownie Blend
  • 150g melted butter, slightly cooled
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 4 tbsp Pistachio Papi spread
  • handful chopped Pistachios (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 150C (fan forced)
  2. Mix eggs and butter in a bowl until combined
  3. Add in 375g   Blackout Brownie Blend and stir gently until combined
  4. Pour the mixture into a non-stick or lined slice tray
  5. Add as much or as little Pistachio spread as you desire and swirl to slightly combine
  6. Top off brownie with chopped pistachios if using.
  7. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. Once baked, brownie should be soft to touch for that gooey and fudgey consistency
  8. Allow to cool before serving with cream, ice-cream or whatever your heart desires!
