This single-serve sweet treat stars our Life-Changing Self-Raising Flour to make a fluffy choc chip cake in a mug! Melt and mix in under 5 minutes and you’ve got a winter-warming cup of gluten-free goodness.
Add the butter and honey to a tall mug. Microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring in between, until the butter is melted.
Add the egg and vanilla, using a fork to whisk until combined with the butter honey mixture.
Add the flour and whisk again to combine.
Sprinkle the choc chips on top.
Cook in the microwave for 60-90 seconds. The cake is done when it pulls away from the sides of the mug.
